On the date ownership title is conveyed to the buyer : the buyer must pay the following additional amounts : Maintenance fee is subject to pay for one year in advance on the basis of 25 Baht per one square meter per month, to be payable on the total area of each apartment regardless of whether the buyer is resident or not. Reserve accounts on the basis of one percent of the selling price in order to raise fund for the expenses of maintenance cost of the building equipment, tools provided for interest of the owner.
