A condominium juristic person will have an elected condo-manager who will be responsible for administration of common properties and to collect maintenance fee, reserved fund and insurance premium. For the first year of registration of condominium the seller shall execute common properties, afterward the buyers shall elect the condo-manager to handle further such said responsibility.

5. The buyer has the right to be membership of the club and the buyer shall pay an annual club fee 24,000 Baht per year for the first year, and such fee might be increased in future regarded reasonable cause.

NOTE : Swimming pool and club house is not part of this Condo Building, Sin Siam Union Development Co., Ltd. will operate the swimming pool and club house on a membership basic.
