1. These prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Registration fee, stamp duties and income tax concerned in land-ownership-transfer registration the seller will be liable to all.
3. Condominium prices includes:

4. On the date ownership title is conveyed to the buyer : the buyer must pay the following additional amounts :
- Maintenance fee is subject to pay for one year in advance on the basis of 25 Baht per one square meter per month, to be payable on the total area of each apartment regardless of whether the buyer is resident or not.
- Reserve accounts on the basis of one percent of the selling price in order to raise fund for the expenses of maintenance cost of the building equipment, tools provided for interest of the owner.
- Pay for building insurance based on the total floor area of the individual unit.
- A condominium juristic person will have an elected condo-manager who will be responsible for administration of common properties and to collect maintenance fee, reserved fund and insurance premium. For the first year of registration of condominium the seller shall manage common properties. Afterward the buyers shall elect the condo-manager to handle further responsibility.
NOTE : The swimming pool and the club house is not part of this Condo Building, Sinsiam Union Development Co., Ltd. will operate the swimming pool and club house on a membership basis.
